Izzy is one of the UK's leading football pundits working across all of Sky Sports Football portfolio, BBC Radio 5 Live, as well being a key part of the team that delivered the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup for Channel 7 and FIFA.
As a player, Izzy won 31 England caps, playing in the 2017 UEFA Euros and also won the She Believes Cup in 2019. She was pivotal in the last Manchester City side to lift the WSL title, leading to Izzy being crowned The PFA 2016 Women's Player of the Year. After success in England, Izzy signed for Olympique Lyonnaise Feminin, where she was part of their treble winning UWCL side. Izzy retired from professional football at the end of the 2022/2023 season.

A passionate advocate of a healthy lifestyle, Jen is a committed vegan. In 2021 she won the Helen Rollason Award at BBC's Sport Personality of the Year in recognition of her work since being diagnosed with breast cancer, just a year earlier.

Rachel is a born leader. She is the current captain of the Scotland Women's National team and her club side, Aston Villa.

Karen Bardsley won 82 caps for England, played in seven major international tournaments including the 2019 FIFA World Cup, and also represented Great Britain at The Olympic Games.
She made her Lioness debut in 2005, and played her club football in the USA, Sweden and England, ending her career with Manchester City after signing for them in 2013.
Karen was raised in California to Mancunian parents. She's an avid and vocal champion for change in women's sport. She's become an insightful voice working on Men's and Women's football for the BBC since announcing her retirement in 2022.
As well as broadcasting, Karen works as a project officer for Manchester City Women, sits on the Manchester Football Association board, and Chairs the Greater Manchester Women’s football board.

Since her retirement, Gilly has become a huge hit on TV and Radio as a football co-commentator. She brings wit and humour along with detailed analysis.
Gilly retired from professional football in the 2022/23 season.
Until recently, she held the record number of appearances within the Barclays Women's Super League having played her football at Arsenal, Chelsea, West Ham and Liverpool. She also won 9 caps for England.
In a stellar playing career, Gilly, won the UEFA Women's Cup, FA Women's Premier League Cup, seven FA Cup's and finished as a runner up on three other occasions. She won four WSL titles, three Continental Cups, four FA National Premier League titles, a two time winner of the FA Community Shield and one U19 European Championship medal with England.
There's little she hasn't achieved on the pitch, and off it is fast making a name for herself as a co-commentator and pundit who brings warmth and a common touch to her live football appearances.

A stellar 2023 saw Ella win six caps for the Red Roses, contributing to the a Dix Nations Grand Slam title and success in the inaugural WXY competition.
Ella plays her club rugby for Saracens. Her strong performances at club level have been taken into the international arena with England. Ella is a current England Rugby Union international.
The twenty-four year old scrum half is one of the Red Roses exciting new generation players, with an outstanding season in 2023.
Ella plays her club rugby for Saracens in the Premier-15s, the top flight competition of women's rugby union in England. She was part of the title winning Saracens side in 2018 whilst also representing England at U20s.
She studied Biology at Nottingham University, where she was awarded a rugby scholarship. Ella juggled her degree while playing for Loughborough Lightning and working part-time.
Her breakthrough into the England squad in the 2023 Six Nations Championship saw her rewarded with a full-time Red Roses contract in autumn of that year, which enabled Ella to quit her accountancy job and focus on fulfilling her enormous potential on the pitch.
